Worst Day Ever
It all started with a terrible case of morning hair. I couldn't do it to look decent. As I was getting ready out the door, I stumbled and landed all over myself. To make matters worse, I was totally behind schedule for school.

A series/chain/cascade of unfortunate/awful/disastrous events unfolded/occurred/piled on top each other, leaving me feeling like I was in a nightmare/horror movie/comedy of errors. It's the kind of situation where you just want to throw your hands up.
